Have you ever been involved with corporate disputes? I mean the ones where one big corporation sues another over some various issue or another. Now, have you been involved in that kind of dispute after you’ve left the company?
Well, I’ve been talked to by my former employer about such a thing. As an ethical person, I know that I especially and I believe that all the people I worked with did all the correct things so I don’t really have anything to worry about. Of course in our litigious society, I worry for the sake of worry. There are always stories of people being wrongly accused of things (heck, one of my favorite topics, the RIAA harassment lawsuits are about that exact thing). Also, what do I remember of that time as I’ve been out of that job for more than 5 years. It’s hard to imagine my usefulness to either side in this case.
Anyway, I don’t really look forward to this process.
