WordPress is the software that this blog run on top of. The developers released a security update so as a diligent user, I have updated my installation.

There is a bigger update coming in January I think that is supposed to have a bunch of features though I’m not totally on top of that. I do hope the update includes further integration of tags into the base build. Tags seem like a slap on rather than a true integration and if it wasn’t for some really good plug-ins (see my plug-in page-at the top-for the list of tag plug-ins that I run) tags would not be very useful.
