When I was doing all the organization in my garage, I was doing it as I always do things – aggressive and get it done. Well I’m 45 now and even though I work out 5-6 days a week and am very fit, my body is not that of a 20 or 30 year old and apparently it gets seriously fatigued.
I really tired out my back and my right forearm. My back seems back to normal. I think the reason for my back’s recovery is due to me giving it some rest and keeping off of it. My forearm though is still out of it and that’s probably because it’s a harder part of my body to give rest to. I have computers that I use and other things that I do that still need my arm – especially since I’m right handed. Also, I have a knack for sleeping on it which probably doesn’t help.
Anyway, here’s hoping I see improvement over the weekend!
